Sometimes, some of us receive some special letters, making us feel connected to someone and falling in love, going to a special place we don’t know.
Nowadays we communicate everyday in digital way, but when we want to tell something special, nothing beats the old pen and paper. “Tegami” was made to celebrate the 100 years of @haguruma1918 , 100 years of connecting people with paper and ink.

Two years ago in March I spent 17 days in a Japanese Hospital recovering from a surgery (everything is good now). Along this 17 days I looked from the window many times, looking to the daily life in Tokyo, memorizing many details from this wonderful city. In some way the concept of “Maru Universe” born in this moment of my life.

Short Stories: “Toshi Koban”

Japan is full of really small Police Stations ( Koban), the oldest ones are really unique and easy to memorize, they looks small but can do a lot for everyone. “Toshi Koban” was inspired in one Koban near where I live, sadly don’t exist anymore, now is a “normal box” replacing that unique Koban, at least “Toshi Koban” still lives in Maru Universe.
